No security in the elevator, single front desk person is periodically absent and anybody can get through. 3. Basic room/suit design. Minimal amenities, tiny shelf holding a simple coffee maker. Small refrigerator in the wall closet keeps slightly cool temperature. 4. Air conditioner system is blocked at 21 degree, it does not constantly stay on and requires frequent restarts. 5. Strange glass door in the bathroom. "The room was not clean when I arrived. There were many flies, mosquitoes and ants. I got 5-7 bites on my arm after one night of sleeping there that were suspected bed bugs. The workers at the front desk tried to convince me they were mosquito bites, but did end up moving me to a new room. The dining on site is convenient but the food was often left uncovered meaning flies were often roaming and landing on food. The staff was friendly overall but would probably not stay here again."

"Location great for having a car. Transport into and of Bordeaux was easy. Uber was straightforward as was the tram. We arrived and it was hot! Pool was very much welcome, but no shade around the pool area and one umbrella (1 of 2) was broken so very little shade by the bar area. Shame as only downside to a lively hot."
